Hydro jetting pushes water through a specialised nozzle at very high pressure. The forward jets cut through the blockage while the rear jets pull the hose along and scour the pipe wall clean. A mechanical rod can punch a path through soft grease, but it leaves the wall coated, so the line blocks again within weeks. Jetting restores the pipe to its full bore, which is why the result lasts.
We work between 3,000 and 4,000 PSI and select the nozzle to the job: a penetrating nozzle for hard grease plugs, a flushing nozzle to carry debris out, and a rotating or chain cutter for limescale and root mass. Hose reels and nozzle sizes are matched to anything from a 40 mm kitchen line to a 300 mm main.
In villas it is usually kitchen grease and laundry lint in the courtyard run. In towers it is scale and shared-stack grease that affects several apartments at once. In Al Quoz and Jebel Ali warehouses it is silt, wash-down debris and oil in floor drains and interceptors. We plan water supply and access for each before arriving.
Old or already-cracked clay and thin uPVC can be damaged by careless jetting. We CCTV first if a pipe's condition is unknown, set pressure to the pipe, and recommend relining instead of jetting where a line is failing rather than simply blocked.
Jetting is quoted by line size, length and access, not a flat "per drain" gimmick. We give a clear AED range on WhatsApp from a photo or a quick look, and confirm before any work begins. Maintenance jetting for restaurants and facilities can be scheduled at a lower repeat rate.

نعمل بين ٣٠٠٠ و٤٠٠٠ رطل/إنش ونختار الفوهة حسب المهمة: فوهة اختراق للسدادات الدهنية الصلبة، وفوهة دفع لإخراج المخلفات، وقاطع دوّار أو سلسلي للترسبات والجذور. تتلاءم البكرات والمقاسات مع كل خط من ٤٠ مم في المطبخ إلى ٣٠٠ مم في الخط الرئيسي.
في الفلل غالبًا شحوم المطبخ ووبر الغسيل في خط الفناء. وفي الأبراج الترسبات وشحوم الخط المشترك التي تؤثر على عدة شقق دفعة واحدة. وفي مستودعات القوز وجبل علي الطمي ومخلفات الغسل والزيوت في مصارف الأرضيات والمصائد. نخطّط لمصدر الماء والوصول لكلٍّ قبل الوصول.
قد تتضرر الأنابيب الفخارية القديمة أو ضعيفة الجدار من الضغط غير المدروس. نفحص بالكاميرا أولًا عند جهلنا بحالة الأنبوب، ونضبط الضغط بما يناسبه، وننصح بالتبطين بدل الضغط حين يكون الخط متهالكًا لا مجرد مسدود.

Not when it's done correctly. We set the pressure to the pipe and CCTV first if its condition is unknown. For pipes that are already failing we recommend relining rather than jetting.
